Your Favorite Farmer's Market Quiche
We've adapted Connie's Corner's original quiche recipe! Connie and her husband Tim are the most consistent staple at the Chautauqua Farmer's Market. They've had a table every summer since the early 1980s!
I started going to the farmer's market when I was too small to see over the table, and my mom and I always came home with one of Connie's quiches... and one or two of her pastries. Those farmers market trips and mornings eating fresh pastries on our front porch were one of my favorite memories of growing up at Chautauqua.

Still available in three sizes, Roots is bringing quiche back this summer, and we're using Connie's original quiche pans! Roots is excited to keep her tradition of freshly made quiche alive at the Chautauqua Farmer's Market, and make it available for the Chautauqua County community the rest of the year too.

Roots Bakery does not have a storefront, but you can order anything from our menu online and pick it up at the First Presbyterian Church in Westfield at the corner of 394 and Rt 20.
